For Windows XP

1. Open the Start Menu and select Control Panel
2. Click on Network and Internet Connections
3. Click on Setup or change your Internet connection
4. Click Setup
5. Type in your area code (864) and click Ok
6. Click Next
7. Make sure Connect to the Internet is selected and click Next
8. Select Set up my connection manually and click Next
9. Select Connect using a dial-up modem and click Next
10. Type SCTEL and click Next
11. Type 2296483 in the telephone number box and click Next
12. Click Finish

For Windows 9x, ME, 2000

1. Double-click on the My Computer icon
2. Double-click on the Dial-up Networking icon (in Windows ME/2000, click on Dial-up Networking on the left side of the screen)
3. Double-click on the Make New Connection icon
4. Type SCTEL where it asks for the provider name
5. Select your modem (it may be selected already)
6. Click Next
7. Type 2296483 in the telephone number box
8. Click Next
9. Click Finish
